The Northeast High School renovation included new finishes throughout, new computer labs, a new library and upgraded MEP systems. The site was upgraded to ensure student safety. The exterior of the gym was also renovated to include a new courtyard and entry, and an enhanced brick facade and roof. It should be noted that this project was accomplished successfully while school was in session. It was a hybrid design-LEAN-build project, and WM2A was awarded a certificate of recognition upon completion.
