This 80,000 SF Office building project was completed in 2009 with a budget of $9,100,000. In addition to shell construction, WM2A designed three floors of interior tenant finishes that had an additional budget of $3.5 million. The current tenants include three legal practices, several medical offices, University of Phoenix, and the Department of Justice.
This facility was designed to be the headquarters for Security Bank and was intended to be a cornerstone of a larger development. To date, WM2A has completed six buildings within the development.
