Project Info

This $2 million, 10,000 square foot, freestanding MOB was completed in 2010. This was our third freestanding Medical Office Building completed for Dr. Martinez. This project was completed as a design-build with Garbutt Construction. The owner wanted a high contrast industrial look that incorporated large amount of polished concrete. The black and white exterior color scheme is carried over from a facility we completed for this same owner in 2007. The interior is divided into two separate tenants, a medical office and a 24-station Dialysis Center.
