The LEAN approach has fully engaged the Owner, Architect, and Construction Management firm early on to establish a strong relationship and committment to ensure a successful project. The discussions and meeting that have taken place during the design of this project typically happen after the project has started which reduces opportunity and increases cost and time. To sum it up in a sentence, “WM2A’s approach is very Owner friendly.”
